Dressed in a conspicuous outfit and armed with an eccentric spirit, Hina Satou goes around insisting that she is the Asgardian god "Odin." When she crosses paths with a boy named Youta Narukami, she uses her precognition abilities to warn him about an impending catastrophe threatening the end of the world. But being a teenager preoccupied with his problems, Youta finds it hard to believe such a preposterous claim.
Somehow forced to tag along with her antics, he witnesses the effectiveness of Hina's skills with his own eyes and realizes that she truly is capable of divination. Nevertheless, despite her persistence in being a god, Hina is still a child who desires to see and experience the wonders life has to offer. With the world ending in 30 days, Hina, Youta, and their friends venture forward to create lasting memories they will cherish forever.

The Day a God Descended
Kōrin no Hi (降臨の日)
As soon as Youta finishes a basketball game with his friend, Ashura, a girl named Odin proclaiming she's an omniscient god presents herself to him. Youta tries to ask as to who Odin is, but she cuts him off and guesses correctly that he was going to ask who she was and calls herself Odin. Odin's "accurate" guesses of what Youta will do and say next continues for a bit until Odin states that she wants to play basketball with him and Ashura. To this, Youta allows her to join them and introduces Odin to Ashura in the basketball court. Like Youta, Ashura figures the young Hina is a lost child and suggests they take her to a police box. This makes Hina throw a tantrum demanding he not only respect, but also worship and revere her. Not wanting to waste anymore time, Ashura passes the basketball to Odin who before she tries to take a shot, asks if something good will happen if she makes a successful shot.
Astounded, Ashura takes the ball from Odin and states they should take her to the police box. However, Youta states that they should calm down as they're trying to take a break from studying for their entrance exams. Hearing this, Hina tersely states that it's pointless to study as the end of the world will occur in 30 days. Not believing her, Ashura calls it quits for that day, leaving Youta who has a "date" with someone later that day.
